In case you missed it in the BSD Briefs that came out today (it was a little buried in there!), here’s what you need to do if you need to update your volunteer information to a new school in the Beaverton School District or to opt out entirely of volunteering!

Your Myvolunteerpage profile is NOT linked to student information and will not follow you to a new location. In preparation for the 2017/2018
school year, please send an email to update_volunteer_locations@beaverton.k12.or.us, if your student will be moving to a new grade level or if you fall within a new high school boundary.

If you are no longer volunteering, you can also email update_volunteer_locations@beaverton.k12.or.us and indicate that you would like to remove your profile from the system.

For other updates, such as changing your emergency contact or your email and/or phone number, you can do that my logging into Myvolunteerpage and updating your profile.
